Ian Wallace

Ian Wallace is a seasoned legal professional, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at The Honickman Companies since February 2025. Previously, Ian held various roles including Vice President, Administration and General Counsel, General Counsel, Senior Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, and Director of Legal Affairs at Lassonde from February 2015 to February 2025. Ian's earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Dechert LLP from March 2009 to February 2015, an Attorney in the Commercial Law Unit for the City of Philadelphia, and a Summer Associate at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. Ian earned a J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and an A.B. in Government from Harvard University.
