Matthew James

Matthew James has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Their most recent role was as a Sales Support Manager at The Honickman Companies, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Manager at Canada Dry Delaware Valley from September 2021 to May 2023.

Before their current roles, Matthew served as the Director of Business Development at ERS from April 2019 to January 2021, where they oversaw a large workforce and launched an innovative A.I. initiative. Matthew also worked as a Business Development Manager at Vistaprint Corporate Solutions from May 2018 to January 2019, where they drove organizational growth through effective turnaround and change management strategies.

Matthew's earlier experiences include working as a Business Development Executive and Project Manager at Staples Advantage from an unknown start date to 2017. Matthew was also a Small Business Owner/ Operator at MC3/ Porta Display Inc. from May 2008 to January 2013, responsible for deploying exhibits and managing vendor relations. Additionally, they served as a General Manager at Best Buy from September 2001 to May 2012, overseeing a large team and managing budgets.

In 2006, Matthew briefly owned and operated a small business called Picture Perfect Home Theater.
