Tracey Capers

Tracey Capers has held various executive positions in organizations such as The HOPE Program, Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, and LISC. Tracey also has experience as a board member, consultant, and principal. Capers has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and a Masters in Public Administration from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania.
