Chris Knox

Chris Knox serves as the President of the Horton Select Division at The Horton Group since January 2016, overseeing growth and profitability in Employee Benefits and Select Property/Casualty. Key responsibilities include market assessments, recruiting and training producers, and maintaining key insurer relationships. Previously, Chris held the position of Small Business Sales Leader, focusing on strategic initiatives and producer development within the Small Business Practice Group. Prior experience includes roles at The Hartford, such as Assistant Sales Manager for Small Commercial, managing a $230M book of business, and Senior Sales Representative for the Arizona and Northern Nevada territories. Chris began a career at The Horton Group as a Producer in 2000 and holds a degree from Illinois State University.
