The House of LR&C was founded by a team with extensive experience in the retail industry, professional football, and entrepreneurship. The team includes a former director at Kohl's, a former professional football player for the Denver Broncos, and the founder of 3BRAND and Why Not You Academy. Additionally, the team's chairman has extensive experience with NFL Flag, having served in that role for the National Football League. The team members all have different educational backgrounds, including degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and North Carolina State University.
