Vashima Mishra

Vashima Mishra has a diverse background in the fashion industry, with experience in design, teaching, and consulting. Vashima is currently the Head of Design - Women's & Kids at The House of Rare since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Visiting Faculty Member at Pearl Academy starting from March 2023. From December 2019, Vashima also served as a Consultant in Apparel & Home Interiors at ArtCurious by Vashima. Vashima previously held leadership positions such as Deputy General Manager at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd - Pantaloons and Creative Head at Creative Group. Vashima also served as the Head Of Design at InMark Retail Pvt. Ltd. and Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd. During their tenure at Shahi Exports, they contributed significantly to the company's growth, with revenues increasing from around $30M to $250M. Vashima has also worked as an External Jury & Guest Faculty at the National Institute of Fashion Technology India.
