Bernard Muhammad

Bernard Muhammad is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in property accounting and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Property Accounting Manager at the Housing Authority of Cook County since April 2024, Bernard previously held various roles at the Chicago Housing Authority, including Supervisor of Property Accounting and Financial Analyst. Responsibilities included supervising a team, managing loan tracking for multiple companies, preparing financial statements, and conducting audits.
