James Harris

James Harris has held various positions as General Counsel and Chief Contracting Officer in different companies, including the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh and Portland Public Schools. Throughout their career, James has focused on rebuilding and restaffing legal departments, providing legal advice to Executive Directors and Boards, managing litigation, and overseeing real estate administration and property management departments. James has a JD from Penn State Dickinson Law and a BA in Political Science/Secondary Education from Grove City College.
