Sarah McIntire

Sarah McIntire has extensive experience in non-profit leadership, currently serving as the Director of Acquisition and Procurement at Houston Food Bank since November 2016. Previous roles at Houston Food Bank include Food Acquisition Manager, Government Relations Officer, and Retail Industry Manager. Prior experience includes volunteering as a Supervisor at Buffalo Bayou Partnership, managing volunteer activities, and serving as a Transition Leader at Boys and Girls Clubs of America, guiding children through various activities. Additional roles include Graduate Teaching Assistant at Kansas State University, Administrative Intern at Health Partnership Clinic of Johnson County, Legislative Assistant for the Office of Governmental Relations at Kansas State University, and Urban Farmer with AmeriCorps Vista. Sarah McIntire holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in General Human Ecology from Kansas State University.
