Tony Duong

Tony Duong is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Houston Food Bank since June 2024, Tony previously held the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Salt & Straw from October 2021 to June 2024. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Van Leeuwen Ice Cream and Director of Operations at Revolution Foods, where a focus on access and healthiness was emphasized. Tony also contributed as Plant Manager at Zapps Potato Chips, leading a team to produce high-quality kettle chips, and served as General Manager at Five Star LLC, overseeing daily operations of food and beverage outlets. Tony earned a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Science/Culinology from Johnson & Wales University between 1998 and 2002.
