Sara Sina

Sara Sina has extensive experience in operations management and strategic leadership within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as President of The Howard Company Inc. since November 2017, Sara has driven continuous improvement and cost savings while leading strategic planning initiatives. Previously, Sara held the position of Operations Manager at Molded Dimensions, Inc., focusing on plant operations and achieving significant reductions in scrap levels and annual losses. Earlier career roles include Manufacturing Manager at Procter & Gamble, where Sara oversaw lean manufacturing efforts in a union environment. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in General Business with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
