Lin Ball

Lin Ball is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits consulting, currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor at Nyhart since August 2012. Lin played a pivotal role in managing the merger between Epler and Nyhart, and has been a Faculty member at Worldatwork since March 1996, teaching courses on Total Rewards and Job Analysis. Lin also held positions as an Adjunct Professor at UC San Diego Extension, Brandman University, and SDSU Extended Studies, focusing on compensation and benefits. Previously, Lin was the President/Principal Consultant at Epler Company and served as Compensation and Benefits Director at Cubic Corp. Lin's career began as an HR Generalist at ARA Transportation Management Systems Inc., where significant organizational growth was achieved. Lin holds a BS in Business from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA in Business from National University.
