Sharon Spielman

Sharon Spielman has over 40 years of experience in the advertising industry. Sharon began their career in 1975 as an Account Executive at Young & Rubicam. Sharon then moved to Dancer Fitzgerald Sample in 1976 as a Senior Account Executive. In 1980, they joined William Esty as an Account Supervisor before joining Judd Falk as an Executive Recruiter in 1984. Finally, in 1987 they joined Koller Search Partners as a Managing Director and Executive Recruiter, where they currently head up the Executive/Account Management and Account/Strategic Planning recruitment practice across the advertising industry.

Sharon Spielman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rider University, where they studied Education/Teaching of Individuals in Secondary Special Education Programs.
