Juli Johnson Devincenzi

Juli Johnson Devincenzi, SPHR, is an accomplished Senior Human Resource Consultant with extensive experience in HR management and strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Consultant for both The HR Manager LLC and DCG - Devincenzi Consulting Group since 2021 and 2020 respectively, Juli provides strategic advice and support to organizations in addressing HR challenges. Prior to these roles, Juli was the Human Resource Director at Convent & Stuart Hall for over 21 years, overseeing HR operations for a large independent school and managing a significant compensation and benefits budget. Earlier experience includes roles as Human Resource Manager at Argenbright Security and Recruiter at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, where Juli honed skills in recruitment, employee relations, and departmental management.
