Lawrence Butler

Lawrence Butler is an experienced IT Support Analyst currently providing IT support for the City of Austin at The HT Group since January 2019. Prior to this role, Lawrence worked at Harte Hanks from July 2011 to January 2019, holding various positions including Microsoft O365 Dedicated ITAR Support, Technical Support Agent High Level, and Quality Assurance Analyst, focusing on troubleshooting and performance assessment within a Microsoft 365 Exchange environment. Previous experience includes working as a Service Support Representative II at Unisys Technical Services, a Desktop Technician Specialist at Insight, and a DSL Technician at TeleNetwork, with early career experience as a Sales Floor Associate in electronics at Wal-Mart. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completed in 1992.
