Chris Richardson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and research, currently serving as a Non-Resident Research Intern at Hudson Institute since 2019 and as a Senior Engineer at Raytheon since June 2018. With a notable military background as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps since 2003, Chris demonstrated leadership by supervising a team of 37 Marines and streamlining organizational processes. Prior roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at General Dynamics, where responsibilities encompassed site visits, design oversight, and technical documentation, as well as various engineering positions at Temo Mechanical, Labinal, and National Utilities Company, all contributing to a solid foundation in mechanical systems and lean engineering practices. Chris holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Energy Engineering from the University of North Texas.
