Jianan Liu

Jianan L. is an experienced art director currently working at HuffPost since July 2022. Previous professional roles include serving as an adjunct instructor at Prince George's Community College from November 2019 to April 2020, and completing a graduate teaching internship at the Maryland Institute College of Art from August 2017 to December 2018. Jianan L. began a career as a junior designer at 果壳网 from July 2015 to May 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Illustration from the Maryland Institute College of Art, obtained between 2017 and 2019, and another MFA in Illustration from Syracuse University from 2016 to 2017. Furthermore, Jianan L. earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Animation from Beijing University of Technology from 2011 to 2015.
