Jennifer S.

Jennifer S. has a diverse work experience starting from 2007 with Principal Financial Group where they held roles such as Production Support Management Business Lead/Research Analyst, Sr. Business Operations Consultant, and Business Architect. Jennifer joined The Standard in 2020 as an Enterprise Business Architect and later transitioned to Strategy Management. In 2022, they moved to Donor Recovery Services to work in Operations. Additionally, they served as a Legislative Lead in Iowa for The Humane Society of the United States starting in 2017.

Jennifer S. has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Health Studies from Iowa State University, obtained in 2000. Jennifer later pursued a Master of Science in Organizational Performance - Leadership & Human Resources from Drake University, completed in 2011. Additionally, they hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University and has obtained certifications in SAFe Agilist and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
