Kristen Jordan is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in benefits administration and employee relations across various organizations. Currently serving as Program Manager for Benefits at The Humane Society of the United States since 2021, Kristen has successfully managed Worker’s Comp claims, FMLA cases, and led the annual Open Enrollment process.
