Tai C. has a diverse work experience starting as an Educator and Classroom Teacher at DC Public Charter Schools in 1999. Progressing to roles such as Marketing Manager/Corporate Trainer at Universal Marketing Group, LLC, Managing Partner at Ideal Resource International Consulting Group, and Senior Program Specialist at the Association of American Medical Colleges. Tai has also served as Chief of Staff at MacCormac College and Vice President of Communications & Community Outreach at Ideal Resource Consulting Group. Currently, Tai is the Senior Principal Strategist for Global DEI Program Strategy at The Humane Society of the United States. Throughout these positions, Tai has demonstrated expertise in program management, communications, outreach, and strategic leadership.

Tai C. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Howard University in 2003 and a Master's in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from Georgetown University in 2017. Tai also completed a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Certificate Program from Cornell University.
