Holly Hickson

Holly Hickson is an experienced professional in the field of early childhood education, currently serving as an Early Childhood Senior Policy Analyst at The Hunt Institute since February 2024. Prior roles include Adjunct Faculty at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and Program Specialist for Workforce Development at the Buffett Early Childhood Institute at the University of Nebraska. Holly's leadership experience includes serving as Executive Director at the Eagle Valley Child Care Association and Early Childhood Faculty at Rasmussen College. Additionally, Holly coordinated the Infant Area at the University of Minnesota Child Development.
