Nivethika Mahasivam

Nivethika Mahasivam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and project management, primarily at The Hyve since October 2016. As a Product Manager, Nivethika leads the strategy and sustainability planning for the RADAR-base platform, overseeing various projects and engaging in sales, requirements gathering, and solution design. Previous roles include Project Manager/Technical Lead for RADAR-AD and HOME app studies, and a Senior Software Engineer focused on the RADAR-Base platform. Nivethika also held positions at H2O, SINTEF, Cambio Healthcare Systems, DPL Holdings, and Codegen, with a strong background in software engineering and data preparation systems. Nivethika holds multiple Master’s degrees in Information Management and Computer Science from Tilburg University, University of Crete, and University of Stuttgart, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Peradeniya.
