Ashur Chamoun

Ashur Chamoun is an experienced professional currently serving in operational excellence and process improvement at THE ICONIC since September 2019. Key responsibilities include leading the AMR Implementation Project and optimizing fulfillment center processes. Ashur also previously held the position of Production eComm Operations Lead, overseeing a team of 25 Production Assistants and 3 Production Coordinators. A secondment as Project Administrator in People and Culture involved rolling out the Noggin workplace health and safety platform. Prior to THE ICONIC, Ashur worked as a Customer Service Assistant Team Leader and a freelance photographer, producing content for various publishing platforms. Early career experience includes a role as Crew Trainer at McDonald's Corporation. Ashur is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Western Sydney University, with an expected completion date in November 2028.
