Britney Aoun has a diverse work experience in customer service and sales roles. Britney began their career as a Warehouse Assistant at sass & bide in 2017 and later worked at MESHKI in the same role in 2018. In 2017, they also started working as a Sales Assistant at Rebel Sport, where they stayed until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, Britney worked as a Customer Service Representative at The NRMA. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Customer Service Representative at THE ICONIC, starting in October 2021.

Britney Aoun pursued their education at several institutions. From 2012 to 2017, they attended Bethlehem College, Ashfield, where they completed their Higher School Certificate. In 2018, Britney enrolled at the Whitehouse Institute of Design and obtained a Certificate II in Design Fundamentals. Britney continued their studies at the same institute from 2017 to 2019 and graduated with a Bachelor of Design in Creative Direction and Styling.
