Chiara Hill (née Kim)

Chiara Hill's work experience begins in 2009 when they worked as a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative at Contact Centres Australia. From there, they moved on to work as a People & Development Coordinator at MinterEllison from 2012 to 2014. Chiara then served as a Learning & Development Administrator at Corrs Chambers Westgarth from 2014 to 2015. Following that, Chiara worked as a Learning and Development Advisor at Sparke Helmore Lawyers from 2015 to 2016, where they managed the Firm's Graduate Development and Continuing Professional Development program. Subsequently, they held a role as a Learning & Development Specialist at Excite Holidays from 2016 to 2018, where they were responsible for project management and implementation of the company's learning & development strategy. Chiara then served as the Human Resources (People & Development) Manager at Extent from 2018 to 2019. Most recently, they worked as a Learning & Development Business Partner at Ausgrid from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Learning Specialist at THE ICONIC, a company focused on providing seamless customer experiences and personalized inspiration through fashion and sport.
