Joel Heinzel

Joel Heinzel has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and operations. Joel is currently working as a Senior Platforms Engineer at THE ICONIC since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Site Reliability Engineer at Ping Identity from March 2020 to October 2021. Joel also served as a Devops - Team Lead at Temando from August 2017 to December 2019, and as a Developer - Systems & Operations from July 2015 to July 2017. Before joining Temando, they worked as a Senior Integration Specialist at Mastercard from February 2011 to January 2015. Joel started their career as an Implementation Co-Ordinator at Transaction Network Services, where they worked from March 2008 to February 2011.

Joel Heinzel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science (Mathematics) from Southern Cross University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Amazon Web Services, including the Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate certification in February 2019 and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification in November 2018.
