Rostin Javadi

Rostin Javadi's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operations Officer at THE ICONIC since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at ZALORA Group starting in 2019. Rostin also co-founded and served as the Managing Director at ZALORA Group from 2012 to 2019. Rostin was a member of XA Network since 2021 and a Member of the Board of Directors at Entrego since 2020. Rostin worked as a Global Venture Development Manager at Rocket Internet GmbH from 2012 to 2013. Before that, they held the position of Head of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at Hubsphere from 2010 to 2012. Rostin also worked as a Consultant Intern at Rapid Innovation Group in 2010. Rostin gained industrial placement experience at the University of Cambridge in 2009, where they developed a purchasing and manufacturing strategy for hi-tech machinery.

Rostin Javadi obtained their BEng in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Rostin then pursued further education at the University of Cambridge, where they completed an MPhil in Industrial Engineering, Manufacture, and Management from 2008 to 2009.
