Urs Kemmann

Urs Kemmann has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Urs currently holds the position of Agile Delivery Lead at THE ICONIC since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Agility Consultant at SCALABL from February 2021 to June 2021.

From 2017 to 2021, Urs worked at IAG, where they started as an Agile Coach & Delivery Manager. During their time there, they focused on orchestrating IAG's Marketing Automation initiative and introducing Adobe's Marketing Cloud. Urs facilitated workshops, visualized risks and issues, and fostered cultural change. In January 2019, they joined Data Analytics, supporting teams in improving ways of working and delivering key strategic initiatives.

In 2017, Urs worked briefly at Westpac as a Scrum Master & Business Analyst. Before that, they served as an Iteration Manager at Vodafone Australia from 2015 to 2016. Urs'sresponsibilities included servant leadership, stakeholder communication, and fostering a healthy team culture.

Prior to their roles in large organizations, Urs worked as an Agile Project Manager at 4mation Technologies Pty Ltd from 2012 to 2015. Urs was responsible for documentation, stakeholder management, and business process re-engineering. At QuestBack from 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Team Manager Product Customizing, consulting clients and coordinating ongoing status reporting.

Urs Kemmann began their career with roles in web design at 2threads.com in 2007 and as a Trainee at RTL Interactive from 2006 to 2007. Urs also worked as a Diplomand at Hewlett-Packard from 2005 to 2006.

Overall, Urs Kemmann has a strong background in Agile delivery, business agility, and project management, with experience in various industries including e-commerce, insurance, telecommunications, and technology.

Urs Kemmann obtained a Master's degree in Interactive Multimedia from the University of Technology Sydney, where they studied from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Diplom (FH) in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) from 2003 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Urs Kemmann has obtained several certifications. Urs became an ICAgile Certified Agile Coach from ICAgile in September 2020. In March 2020, they earned the Product Management Professional certification from Brainmates. In September 2016, they became a SAFe Agilist certified by Scaled Agile, Inc. In March 2016, they completed the Heart of Agile - Level B - Advanced Agile Development 1 certification from Alistair Cockburn Humans and Technology Inc. In October 2015, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) I certification from Scrum.org. In October 2014, they earned the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certification from the Project Management Institute. Urs also holds the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in August 2012. Furthermore, in August 2009, they became a Zend Certified Engineer certified by Zend Technologies.
