Tom Sølve Hauge

Tom Shimizu is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior Specialist-Architecture at both Microsoft and LTIMindtree since April 2024. Previously, Tom held the position of Technical Lead at Tata Consultancy Services from June 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing data-flows and APIs as part of the IT R&D team for State Street Corporation. Additionally, Tom has held technical lead roles at Pfizer and Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and served as a Senior Software Engineer at multiple organizations including The Wooden Wick Co, ThinkIQ, and Internet Brands, among others. Tom began a career as a Software Engineer at Interush Inc., where contributions included implementing algorithms and developing scripts for financial processes. Tom Shimizu holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham.
