Audrey Philippart

Audrey Philippart has extensive work experience in human resources and corporate services. Audrey is currently the Head of People at The iLUKA Collective since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of People EMEA at LifeScan from October 2022 to January 2023. Audrey also held various leadership roles at HBS, including Head of Corporate Services & HR from January 2019 to December 2021 and Head of Human Resources from August 2015 to December 2018. Before HBS, they were the HR Director at Mediaperformances from 2011 to 2014 and the HR & Legal Manager from 2007 to 2010. Audrey had a brief role as the HR Manager Europe at Christofle from May 2005 to December 2006. Audrey started their career at Perfetti Van Melle as an HR Manager from 2002 to 2005 and then worked as a Chargée RH at Vivendi from June 1999 to June 2001.

Audrey Philippart completed a Bachelor's degree in Law, specializing in Social Law and Business Law, at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University in 1999. Audrey then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, which they completed in 2000. Most recently, in 2022, Audrey obtained a Degree in Digital Law and Data at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
