Vera Martins

Vera Martins currently serves as the Immokalee Readers Program Manager at The Immokalee Foundation since October 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Center Director at Child’s Path, Inc. from April 2021 to October 2021, and Miracle Program Coordinator at Southwest Florida Workforce Development Board & BGCC from July 2014 to April 2021. Vera also held the position of School Age Program Coordinator at Guadalupe Center, Inc. from November 2006 to July 2014, Assistant Director at Child Care of Southwest Florida, Inc. from 2005 to 2006, and Preschool Director at East Naples United Methodist Learning Center from 2000 to 2005. Vera Martins obtained a Bachelor of Education degree from UNISA - Universidade de Santo Amaro between 1989 and 1993.
