Francesca Mohan

Francesca Mohan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various senior legal roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel at The IN Group since March 2024, Francesca previously held the position of Group Legal Counsel at Gibbs Hybrid Programme Solutions & Consultancy, where responsibilities included managing legal risks across the UK, EMEA, and North America. Prior to that, Francesca was Interim General Counsel and Company Secretary at Nesta, General Counsel and Company Secretary at Crown Agents, and Lead Commercial Procurement Solicitor at Cancer Research UK. Earlier legal roles included positions at Trowers & Hamlins, Devonshires, Berwin Leighton Paisner, and Addleshaw Booth & Co, with a focus on public sector projects and procurement law. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from UCL.
