Natalie Whittlesey

Natalie Whittlesey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology recruitment and leadership. Currently serving as Director of C-Suite Engagement at The IN Group since January 2022, Natalie plays a pivotal role within InX, focusing on enhancing search offerings in executive search and interim management. Prior to this, Natalie was Area Leader for the EMEA Technology Officers Practice at Korn Ferry, where recruitment of senior technology leaders was central. With a robust background at Harvey Nash, including various leadership roles, and earlier experience as a Senior Consultant at Hudson and a Consultant at Synergy Group, Natalie has cultivated a deep expertise in IT recruitment across multiple sectors. Natalie holds a BA Hons in Business Management and Media from The University of Manchester, a Diploma in Creative Writing and English Literature from The Open University, and A-Levels from Sutton Coldfield College of FE.
