Anthony Lee has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, holding various leadership positions at top hotels in London. Anthony served as the General Manager of The Connaught Hotel for over three decades, overseeing a multimillion-dollar restoration. Lee also worked as the General Manager of The May Fair Hotel, where they repositioned the hotel in the international luxury market. Anthony later became the General Manager of The Cafe Royal Hotel, where they successfully restructured the management and implemented L&D programs. Lee then took on the role of CEO at Great Northern Hotel London, responsible for the operational and strategic direction of the luxury boutique hotel. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer and Club Secretary at The In & Out (Naval and Military Club), where they lead the team and aligns core business objectives with the board's vision.

Anthony Lee attended Thanet Technical College from 1975 to 1977, where they obtained a degree in Hotel Management with distinction. Anthony then went on to study at Westminster College from 1977 to 1979, completing a degree in Hotel Management with a specialization in HCIMA. In 2002, Anthony attended the C.C.L. Centre for Creative Leadership, where they pursued a program called "Developing the Strategic Leader" in the field of Developing the Strategic Leader.
