Currently serving as an Account Manager at Pinnacle Partners, Inc. since December 2020, Monica specializes in providing staffing solutions within the Central Indiana marketplace. Prior to this role, Monica held positions at CareerStaff Unlimited, where responsibilities included developing and executing recruiting strategies, and at PrincetonOne, where collaboration with client hiring managers was essential for identifying top candidates. Monica's educational foundation includes a Bachelor's Degree in Retail Management from Purdue University, earned from 2012 to 2016.
