Hesham Elgindy

Hesham ElGindy is a seasoned professional in governance, risk, and compliance with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Vice President of Governance, Risk and Compliance at TAQA since June 2023, ElGindy has held prominent roles such as Chairman of the Audit Committee at S.A. TALKE and Chief Audit Executive at SISCO GROUP, among others. With a strong background in auditing demonstrated through key positions on multiple audit committees, ElGindy previously led risk consultancy as a Partner at KPMG Gulf Holding. Additional leadership experience includes serving as President of the Institute of Internal Auditors Cairo and Chief Internal Auditor at The American University in Cairo. ElGindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University.
