James Charnley

James Charnley is an experienced data professional specializing in data engineering and analytics. Currently, James serves as a Data Engineering Consultant and Tableau/Alteryx Consultant at The Information Lab, starting in February 2022. In addition, James has held the role of Data Engineer at Pret A Manger since July 2024. James previously worked as an Alteryx Consultant at QBE Insurance from October 2023 to June 2024 and as a Data Analytics Trainer at PwC from June 2022 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes teaching English as a Second Language at Jinan Foreign Language School from 2018 to 2021. James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Exeter between 2014 and 2017.
