Jennifer Book

Jennifer Book has worked in various roles related to talent acquisition and recruitment throughout their career. Jennifer started as a Wedding Planner at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in 2005 before transitioning into the role of an Employment Specialist at Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. in 2006. In 2009, they became an Assistant Employment Manager at Caesars Entertainment, where they worked until 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Viejas Enterprises. Jennifer then joined Sears Holdings Corporation as a Senior Field Recruiter in 2014, where they worked until 2016. At Swap.com, Jennifer worked as a Senior Recruiting Manager from 2016 to 2018, leading a team of talent associates and overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes. Currently, they hold the position of SVP Recruiting Manager at The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. starting from November 2018. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in hiring strategies, talent sourcing, relationship-building, vendor management, and budget management.

Jennifer Book obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications, and Journalism from The University of Kansas. Jennifer completed their undergraduate studies from 2000 to 2005. Later, in 2018 to 2019, Jennifer pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the University of St. Francis.
