Joon Chang

Joon Chang has a diverse range of work experience primarily in the hospitality industry. In 2020, Joon served as the Director of Hotel Operations at The Inn at Little Washington. Prior to this, they worked as a Task Force member at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants for a brief period in 2019. Joon also held the role of Assistant General Manager at Viceroy Hotel Group from July to October 2019. Joon had multiple roles at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants starting from 2013, including Operations Manager, Front Office Manager, Director of Housekeeping, Assistant Front Office Manager, Overnight Manager, and Guest Service Agent. Before entering the hospitality industry, Joon worked as a Store Manager at One Hour Jewelry Repair from 2006 to 2012.

Joon Chang attended George Mason University's School of Business from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
