Rebecca Kidd has a diverse work experience background. Rebecca is currently working at The Inn Collection Group as a Talent Coordinator, where they are responsible for coordinating talent-related activities. Before that, they worked as a People & Office Administrator for the same company.

Prior to their current role, Rebecca worked at Faurecia, first as a Brand Ambassador, where they promoted the company's opportunities and answered questions at career fairs. Rebecca then served as a UK HR Placement Student, leading a project to hire placement students for the upcoming year. Their responsibilities included posting job descriptions, interacting with university placement teams and students, organizing assessment centers, and composing contracts.

Rebecca has also contributed their time and skills as a Community Volunteer for the Olney Covid Support Group during the lockdown. Rebecca assisted vulnerable members of their community by shopping for groceries, collecting prescriptions, and providing companionship over the phone.

In addition, Rebecca gained valuable teamwork skills as a Restaurant Team Member at Oakman Inns & Restaurants Ltd. Rebecca worked closely with chefs, wait staff, and bar staff to provide a high-quality service experience for guests. Rebecca believes that these skills can be transferred to their desired field of Human Resources.

Furthermore, Rebecca gained HR knowledge during their internship at Sainsbury's Argos Asia Sourcing Limited. Rebecca was exposed to performance development plans and had the opportunity to work with the reward, change, recruitment, and payroll teams. Rebecca particularly enjoyed shadowing the change team during the Sainsbury's Argos merger, as they witnessed the resolution of various issues while prioritizing the needs of each employee.

Rebecca's work experience journey began with a summer internship at Milton Keynes Council. Although it was a brief role, it provided their with exposure to the professional work environment.

Rebecca Kidd completed their primary and secondary education at Northampton High School from 2006 to 2016, obtaining their GCSEs. Rebecca then attended Bedford Modern School from 2016 to 2018, where they pursued their A-levels in Business, Product Design, and Geography. Following this, Rebecca enrolled at Northumbria University in 2018 and completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Human Resource Management in 2022. Additionally, they achieved a First-Class classification for their degree. Rebecca also obtained a CIPD Level 5 Qualification from CIPD in July 2022.
