Jason Fernandes

Jason Fernandes is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as Head Chef at GAUCHO since June 2018, Jason has previously held the role of Head Chef at Turtle Bay Restaurants from August 2015 to June 2018, where responsibilities included collaborating with the General Manager and managing staff schedules to meet operational goals. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Sous Chef and Sous Chef at Bay15, where Jason contributed to the pre-opening phase and ensured efficient kitchen operations across multiple cuisines. Jason also served as Chef Consultant for Synergy Hospitality Management Services, focusing on menu design and development. Early career experience includes a Chef De Partie position at Cidade de Goa from July 2008 to June 2013. Jason received culinary education from the Academy of Culinary Education, completing studies from 2005 to 2008.
