Chris Phillips is a seasoned Medical Equipment Planner with a robust professional background in planning and designing medical facilities for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Veterans Affairs (VA). Since February 2011, Chris has served as a Partner at The Innova Group, specializing in medical equipment planning. Prior to this role, Chris held various significant positions, including Principal Medical Equipment Planner at the 61st Multifunctional Medical Battalion and Director of Biomedical Maintenance Services at Carl R Darnall Army Medical Center. Additional expertise includes serving as Chief of the Equipment Management Branch at the US Army Health Facility Planning Agency and providing medical equipment planning services for Army medical facilities globally. Chris has advanced training in equipment management through the US Army Advanced and Basic Biomedical Equipment Repairer courses and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
