David Nalepinski

David Nalepinski, MS, BS, currently serves as Associate Principal at The Innova Group since August 2023, specializing in healthcare strategy and operations. Prior to this role, David was the Assistant Vice President of Regional Oncology at Duke Cancer Institute from October 2016 to July 2023, where collaboration with various healthcare leaders ensured integrated cancer care. Concurrently, David held the position of Service Line Executive for Cancer Care Plus, LLC, managing oncology collaboration and strategic operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of the Oncology Service Line at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Norris Cotton Cancer Center from September 2009 to September 2016, where David developed programs for a National Cancer Institute designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. David’s extensive experience in practice management within several medical specialties spans from 1997 to 2009. Educationally, David holds a Master of Science from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Business Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
