Blake Criswell

Blake Criswell, CFS, is an accomplished business and technical leader with extensive experience in the dairy industry. As the Owner and Business Consultant at GotWhey LLC since 2020, Blake provides strategic guidance to major dairy companies, focusing on process improvement and tailored solutions. With a role at the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy since 2011 as a Subject Matter Expert in Dry Dairy Pathogen Control and Sanitary Design, Blake also served as a Senior Consultant for Select Milk Producers from 2019 to 2020, enhancing operational quality and efficiency. Previously, Blake worked at Tetra Pak as a Category Manager for Cheese and Powder Systems and held several positions at Leprino Foods, including Senior Principal Engineer for Innovation and Whey Manager. Blake’s career began at Dairy Farmers of America as a Whey Plant Manager. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Louisiana Tech University.
