Timothy Stubbs

Senior Vice President Product Research & Food Safety at Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy

Timothy Stubbs has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Timothy started their career in 1989 at Kraft Foods Group, where they held various roles in R&D and product development. Timothy was responsible for overseeing multiple product lines and managing a team of employees. During their time at Kraft, they also focused on applying emerging science to food and developing new unit operations. In 2009, they joined Hillshire Brands as the Director of R&D Process Innovation & Development, where they led various groups and delivered new processes and technologies. In 2013, they moved on to the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy and Dairy Management Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Product Research & Food Safety, where they played a key role in leading industry-wide teams and collaborating with universities to advance scientific knowledge and increase dairy sales. Timothy has also had a brief stint as Principal at CPG Success Consulting.

Timothy Stubbs obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Furthermore, they have an additional certification, the CFS-Badge from the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), obtained in 2013.
