Michael G. McKinnon

Michael G. McKinnon has a diverse work experience starting as an Associate General Counsel at Apria Healthcare in 1994. Michael G. then moved on to roles at Riordan & McKinzie as an Associate, Insight Imaging as Deputy General Counsel, and later at Paul Hastings as a Partner. Michael G. further progressed their career at Greenberg Traurig, LLP as a Shareholder and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP as a Partner specialized in corporate, M&A, and private equity transactions in the healthcare industry. Currently, they serve as the President and CEO of The Innovation Institute since 2023.

Michael G. McKinnon attended The Thacher School from 1982 to 1986. Michael G. then studied Labor and Industrial Relations at Cornell University from 1986 to 1990. Lastly, they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Pepperdine University from 1991 to 1994.
