Stephanie Prangley

Stephanie Prangley, FSA, MAAA, NTP, is a seasoned health actuary currently working at INS Consultants, Inc. since November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Actuarial Manager at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina from January 2020 to July 2023, where Stephanie excelled in commercial pricing and modeling, led actuarial operations for various dental and short-term health lines, and managed ACA benefit relativities. Previously, at UPMC Health Plan, Stephanie contributed to monthly IBNR reserving and the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), and at Anthem, Inc., held progressive roles including Associate Actuary, leading projects and managing teams across commercial large group operations. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Hillsdale College.
