Needa Khan

Needa Khan is currently working as a Senior Client Strategy Executive at The Insights Family, where Needa helps provide kids, parents, and families with a voice to shape their worlds. Prior to this, Needa worked as a Research Manager at the LSE Eden Centre, conducting a qualitative research project on student experiences off-campus. Needa has also worked at GLG as an Associate, assisting in sourcing and connecting C-suite level executives for consultancy projects. Additionally, Needa was part of the People Growth team at SquadStack, aiding in recruitment and retention of individuals. Needa's previous role at ForumIAS involved team building and managing a team of freelancers. Needa holds a Master of Science degree from LSE and a Bachelor of Arts degree from JAI HIND COLLEGE, MUMBAI.
