Chris Stokes

Chris Stokes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilities management and customer experience. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience for Flex Workspaces at GPE since May 2024, Chris also holds a long-standing position as Senior Director of Operations at The Instant Group since September 2013, where previous roles included Client Services Director. Prior experience includes the role of Head of Facilities at NEST from October 2008 to August 2013, and Facilities Officer at Friends of the Earth from September 2006 to October 2008, overseeing total FM for the London headquarters and six regional offices. Chris began a career in facilities management as a Senior Facilities Assistant at Highway Insurance (now Liverpool Victoria) from October 2003 to September 2006 and served in the Royal Navy as Steward First Class from October 1999 to October 2003.
