Helen Godliman

Helen Godliman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Helen began their career in 2003 as an HR Intern at Unisys before joining the Rugby Football Union in 2005. At the Rugby Football Union, Helen held various positions, starting as an HR Assistant and later advancing to become a Senior HR Business Partner. In 2019, Helen joined The Instant Group as an HR Business Partner for the UK & EMEA region, and they currently hold the position of Head of HR.

Helen Godliman received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business & Management from Brunel University London between 2001 and 2005. Helen then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (CIPD) at Kingston University from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, in 2007, they gained certification in Occupational Testing & Personality Assessment from the British Psychological Society Level A & B program at ASE.
